"Leadership and Influence"

Our last event of 2011 proved to be an outstanding one! With over 50 in attendance, we began our morning session with an interactive workshop led by Karen Baldwin and Laura Roccaforte, ICAN Program Leaders who taught us the fundamentals of communication and how to truly understand and work with various personalities in order to become a better leader within our organization.

For the afternoon, Jamie Toledo and Steve Konnath led a panel discussion around the topic of Influence. We heard from three insightful panelists, Major Todd Thielke, Senior Kroc Center Officer of The Salvation Army Kroc Center, Cheryl Holtzen, Director of Inbound Sales and Consumer Services at Omaha Steaks and Anne Branigan, Senior Vice President of the Greater Omaha Chamber. They provided us with a wealth of information reflecting on their past experiences and sharing what has helped them become the influencer they are today.
